Our villa encompasses Two Air con Living Areas, Four Air con Ensuite Bedrooms encompassing a well equipped kitchen alongside our Air con dining section. The house surrounds a well filtered private swimming pool with a private lawn.
Set within a secure neighborhood merely 800 m from the beach our home resides securely within Villa Talay community of private residences. Our entire is located on one level.
Within the Estate, we essentially have three private pool properties, the 2 bedroom Villa Violétté, the 4 bedroom Villa Vésper and the 5 bedroom Villa Véritas (a few blocks away). Larger groups can book a combination of these villas as befits their group size. Ask your Villa Advisor for details.

Set within a secure neighborhood a small jaunt from the beach resides the Talay Estate with flamboyant tree-lined driveway featuring tropical gardens with more than a 100 private villas. Guests of the our Villas are welcome to use the Estate’s community pool, club lounge, fitness center and gardens.
The location is very nice, close distance from many attractions, and near a very family friendly beach. Right next door is Rompho Market famous for its fresh daily produce, alongside loads of eating joints including restaurants & bars all within walking distance. Central Pattaya is only a few minutes drive from as is Sukhumvit Road.
Start your day with a cup of local java from the Coffee Company, gain insight into Thai traditions at the nearby cultural center or explore your surroundings in the ocean activities program; it’s easy to reach everything from our Villa Viento. Finish the day with dinner from the barbecue on the private lanai, followed by a movie in the villa’s air con living room.
Breakfast by the pool, romp the sightseeing activities followed by evening snacks at a beachside cafe, and after some nightlife reveleries, enjoy a home made dinner at the villa culminating with an overload of champagne sipped under a starry sky in the well filtered private swimming pool.
Regular services at the villa include housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance.

The private entrance opens onto a private air con living area beyond a zen patio.
The air con bedrooms (with soft linen, pillows & mattresses) are well lit with en suite bathrooms (soft towels and simple toiletries are provided).
All rooms have exits with sliding doors to the patio / pool area.

Destination Executive
Our Sales Team will introduce you to our Destination Executive who are local residents, have the local insights, and care about you, just like they would a visiting family member throughout the vacation.
They can guide you with shuttle services, vehicles-on-hire, booking activities, arranging for babysitters, private cooks, and stocking the residence prior to your arrival.
Simply share your list via email of favourite drinks, snacks, shampoos, shower gels or toiletries that you prefer and our team will have it ready for you at the villa pre check-in.

We encourage self-cooking in our villas.
Or you can opt for ordering in, ask your Destination Executive for details.
If you prefer home cooked food, we can hire local cooks on your behalf, who will come and prepare dishes at the property itself.
You can plan your menu before hand so that the cook can buy the freshest ingredients on your behalf and prepare the dishes at reasonable timings for about 8 odd guests, bigger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
