- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- There is a bathtub in 1 bathroom.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 3 living rooms. All have ACs and seating for 6-10 people. 2 have a music system and 1 has a TV.
- The dining room offers seating for up to 8 people and has AC.
- There is a balcony that opens up from the bedroom and a terrace as well.
- The lawn has 2 gazebos, a bar counter and a lounge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like Ludo, Uno, Monopoly, etc. They can also step out for a game of cricket or badminton.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a CCTV camera for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Jio/Airtel/Vodafone work fairly well here.

The entire property is stand alone and covered by glass on one side providing the open spaces required for a steady stream of positive energy all day round.

The house opens onto a open pond inner courtyard surrounded by an ornate air con dining area overlooking adjoining the air con living area  which opens onto a private landscaped lawn besides a massive well filtered swimming pool.
One air con ensuite bedroom aligns on the ground level itself. Another three air con ensuite bedrooms reside on the upper level.
The house is located in Nerul, knows for it's Churches and the infamous LPK Nightclub within the province of popular Candolim, the beach road is a quick drive away as well.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
