Following the musings of Indo-Portuguese architecture, this charming 4BHK mansion boasts a manicured garden and a swimming pool nestled under the shade of a 100-year old Banyan tree. The property accommodates up to 12 guests, offers modern amenities with a touch of age-old charm and is located between the village of Assagao and Anjuna. You will be 5 min away from the most famous restaurants of Goa: Gunpowder, Mustard, Suzie's, Vinayak, etc.
This villa is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa: you will be at mid point between the famous Candolim/ Calangute and Morjim/ Ashvem beaches. The property has a private driveway that leads you to the entrance. Step into the lobby, it holds a large open verandah that connects the two wings of the house. Towards your right is the living-dining and kitchen room with tall windows that open to a private garden. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who like to try their culinary skills while on vacation. There is a powder room and one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. The staircase leads you up to the first floor where the other three bedrooms are located. The master is situated to the left of the stairs and opens to the private pool in the property. The remaining two bedrooms lie to the right of the stairs, past the footbridge within the house. The property houses two staff quarters where the live-in caretakers reside, ensuring the villa is taken care of morning to evening.

Our two care-takers will be cleaning the house once a day, gardening and preparing breakfast. If you would like a meal to be cooked at the villa, get the ingredients and they can cook for a small extra fee. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with GENSET in case of power outage (frequent in Goa).
Discover brunch at Mojigao or try local Goan food at Vinayak, Olive will be your best place for lunch with a view over the ocean. In the evening, head to Sublime or Gunpowder. The best of what Goa has to offer will be within a 5-10 min drive. Alternatively, make yourself a gourmet meal after shopping in the local markets, our care-taker will be there to help.
