Welcome to Moja Estate. We present our newly built eden charming private residence, Dona, a spacious and modern luxury bestowed everywhere in the heart of popular Assagao, merely mins away from Vagator Beach.
Inspired by the Portuguese houses of Goa, our two-floor villa offers a large courtyard with a swimming pool and three bedrooms. Inside, the custom designed terrazzo floors, stucco moldings, sloping roofs with exposed rafters, living and dining areas spill onto the garden through lofty double doors, the merging of the indoor and outdoor spaces stand testament to the talent of the builder.
We also offer two units of four bedroom and one unit of three bedroom here. Larger groups can choose to book them as the group size befits.

The villa features three uniquely themed bedrooms, each a canvas of artistry and comfort. Bedroom 1, adorned in tones of blue, welcomes you with a queen bed, a study desk, and a cozy couch, while Bedroom 2, in soft shades of pink, offers a sanctuary of peace. Bedroom 3, with its warm brown and beige hues, is a testament to sophistication and relaxation.
Outside, the ground floor - a sprawling pool surrounded by a fresco dining area and inviting seating options, promising endless moments of joy.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
