Welcome to Karma, a lavish private villa set near the Hilton, a quick drive from the popular Candolim Beach. Our spacious villa is an independent property with a private swim pool, air con lounge and dining neighboring a well equipped kitchen with ample serve ware. We also have an indoor private lift.
The ground level is home to one air con bedroom with a double bed with an attached bathroom. The upper levels have three additional air con bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
The full-time resident caretaker manages daily housekeeping.

With innovative design and architecture, the villa offers an elegant mix of nature and luxury for your home. The villa has it's own 30ft x 12ft private swimming pool, car park and small garden area. Designed to an open plan living space with large covered sit-outs and is perfect for spending cool evenings watching the greenery around.
The entrance level with the large outdoor patio and cabana adorns an air con bed room with a private bathroom and a double bed.

The villa has its entrance from the parking area. Another entry is from the basement with a close parking lot in the lowermost level of the villa, the private indoor lift begins from here itself.
You are welcome to self cook, cooking masala, are at your disposal.
We can even hire a private cook for you, usually a local they will prepare simple, clean basic dishes at your behest within reasonable hours. Else, simply order in or dine out.
We can even pre-stock the villa with your favourite drinks, shower gels, shampoos, etc. on your behalf prior to check-in.
The stunning views of this Villas make this a truly wonderful home perfect for a family.
In case of electric blackouts (not uncommon in Goa) we have a 24 hour generator.​

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
