Groove is a lavish private pool villa within a gated residential development of high end luxury villas nestled amongst the mangroves, surrounded by the backwaters of river Nerul on three sides, very close to Candolim Church in North Goa.
Our villa has its own private entrance, individual private pool, massive air con living room, overlooking an equally massive swimming pool has a nice little stretch of green touching the river encompassing 4 air con ensuite bedrooms., well equipped kitchen (with ample serve & cook ware) and landscaped lawns.
The ground level is home to one air con bedroom with a double bed with an attached bedroom. The upper level has three additional air con bedrooms with attached bedrooms.

This exclusive luxury residential development is nestled amongst the mangroves, surrounded by the backwaters of river Nerul on three sides, very close to Candolim Church near Candolim Beach, North Goa.
The villa has a selection of amenities and services that exceed those you will find at luxury hotels and resorts. Standard specifications include luxury bathroom fittings, top notch flooring, Italian kitchens, while goods including flat televisions and state of the art security system.
Each and every bedroom, living area and even the bathrooms have their own individuality, the owners (who wish to remain anonymous) good tastes are evident even in the landscaping.

The spectacular pool pavilion is undoubtedly the Villa’s centerpiece. Breathe in the river water as you relax in your luxurious paradise surrounded by friendly staff (who are there to serve you on demand and not intrude).
Watch the glowing sky from the exquisite outdoor living area with its pavilions and lush gardens. And if you want to feel the warm waves lapping your feet, just take the funicular down to the sandy beach.
As for the interior of the Villa: stunning doesn’t even begin to describe it. Entering through the "reddish" entrance way, you are surrounded by ethereal light and natural materials.
All bedrooms are airconditioned with double beds, extra mattresses & private bathrooms equipped with towels & handwash.
Our staff sterile the entire household daily with disinfectant besides maintaining high standards of personal hygiene themselves.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
