Casa Fláir is one of are four independent private pool villas styled in Portuguese look and feel situated at the end of a private lane, east of the lush green hills in an exclusive part of Assagao not far from Vagator.
Nestled on a slight hill and surrounded by landscaped gardens with a stunning view of 55 acres of forest. The main double panelled teak door welcomes you into the private foyer. Here you will see the magnificent grand marble staircase and a mid century modern console table with art by local Goan artists. The living and dining space opens up through a large glass door from the foyer. This room offers a 65" TV and the furniture has a classic feel to it with a lot of subtle floral upholstery on the dining chairs. The dining room has an eight seater dining table and a handcrafted teakwood bar. |
The grand marble staircase takes you upto the first floor lounge, with breath-takingly high ceilings and skylight that keeps it lit and absolutely gorgeous throughout the day. Perfect for the evenings, we have a bespoke chandelier with champagne coloured glass which creates a subtle warm light. The seating is a classic rattan sofa with floral upholstery, marble clad oval coffee table and a fun mustard reading chair with a matching footstool. This room opens onto a wrap around Juliet balcony where one can step out to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine.
Expanding on the green theme, the kitchen cabinets are a stunning sage green. Fully fitted with a central island breakfast counter, unique metal and upholstered barstools, wine chiller and all the latest gadgets - this is a dream kitchen in which to cook, relax and allow your inner chef to shine. The windows allow an abundance of natural light to flow through which makes cooking a pleasure and the French windows open onto a Juliet balcony which can be extended into a kitchen Vertical Divider

The master bedroom is more a master suite with a teak wood king size four poster bed and matching side tables, a very comfortable three seater sofa with a subtle modern print opposite which sits a vintage Portuguese armchair with a quiet floral print and a teakwood oval coffee table. This corner seating is perfect for in room dining or a long comfortable morning breakfast. We offer a 55" TV in this room for visual entertainment, creating your own personal retreat for relaxation and binge-watching. The room has an abundance of natural light coming through the six arched windows stepping out into a Juliet wraparound balcony.
There is no shortage of storage with the walk-in wardrobe along witha large wall hung full length mirror. The bathroom compliments the master bedroom completely with a his and her vanity, a spacious shower cubicle and a standalone tub. The arch French doors are romantically located by the bath tub and open onto a Juliet balcony, giving you the most sublime view of the tree tops. |
Ground Floor Bedroom 1
This sunlit green room with contrasting black and white flooring has an upholstered king size bed with matching side tables and two floral classical armchairs. All our bedrooms offer the luxury comforts that one would expect in any 5* luxury hotel from around the world. There's ample storage as well as an en-suite bathroom. The four arch windows allow an abundance of natural light and yet the blackout curtains offer complete privacy for a great night's sleep. First Floor Bedroom 2 This spacious bedroom is sunlit with a bay window and a large arched French door that opens on to a wide terrace. The king size bed is a classic rattan with a beige PU finish with matching side tables. Two floral arm chairs sit at the bay window and there's a mid-century modern study table for when we have to work from home. From this room one steps onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and the 55 acres of indigenous forest. There's plenty of bird watching to be enjoyed while sitting out having a leisure breakfast or reading your favourite book. First Floor Bedroom 3 This bedroom has a king size leatherette upholstered bed with matching side tables, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. An abundance of sunlight comes through the large bay window as well as the arched French door opening on to the wide terrace. The room has a 55" TV for your entertainment and convenience, allowing you to enjoy your favourite shows and movies without leaving the comfort of your bed. The terrace is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has comfortable seating in the form of lounge chairs and arm chair for long evening spent holidaying together. Each room has a beautifully designed en-suite marble clad bathroom which superbly compliment the bedrooms. There is an abundance of natural light in all the bathrooms and each one is uniquely designed with beautiful handcrafted wooden vanities with marble clad spacious countertops and large charmingly designed mirrors. Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group. Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge. We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same. This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks. |
