The Sole Estate are two villas, adjacent to each other, one of them has 6 bedrooms and one of them has 5 beds. Each villa is stand alone with it's own private pool and entrance. They can be booked individually or together as befits the group size.
These are nice, clean, no-frills elegant villas with full adherence to daily comforts. We can arrange cooks, butler service besides the complimentary daily housekeeping to provide comfort for the guests during the stay.
Pilerne is a pleasant village of north Goa where one can see a lot of greenery as it has a lot of paddy fields, palm groves, lakes and salt pans. It is also known as a birding spot as one can often see some various birds at the Pilerne Wetlands.

Unique to our 6 bedroom property is it has a pool table as well as a card table. Also all the washrooms have a bathtub Jacuzzi.

Unique to our 5 bedroom property is that it has 7 double beds which helps with a larger group of people.

Our Sales Team will introduce you to our Destination Executive who are local residents, have the local insights, and care about you, just like they would a visiting family member throughout the vacation.
They can guide you with shuttle services, vehicles-on-hire, booking activities, arranging for babysitters, private cooks, and stocking the residence prior to your arrival.
Simply share your list via email of favourite drinks, snacks, shampoos, shower gels or toiletries that you prefer and our team will have it ready for you at the villa pre check-in.

Cook-On-Call @ ₹ 3,500 /day
We encourage self-cooking in our villas.
Or you can opt for ordering in, ask your Destination Executive for details.
If you prefer home cooked food, we can hire local cooks on your behalf, who will come and prepare dishes at the property itself.
You can plan your menu before hand so that the cook can buy the freshest ingredients on your behalf and prepare the dishes at reasonable timings for about 8 odd guests, bigger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
